What you said about designer developers is also very true.

I am a designer and WordPress developer and it seems this is not a common combination of skills. It’s so hard to find people like this when we are hiring.

Most of applicants are either good designers that know nothing about websites — or developers that can’t design. My manager calls designer developers, unicorns.
